i m leaving to go to bootcamp at the end of november what pt that we do in bootcamp can i do at home to get myself phiscaly ready?

will lets see push-ups sit ups pull ups squat thrust and alot of running, so you better get ready now and i would start out at 25 reps a piece on all those that way you should be in pretty good physical shape by november.

Not as a Drill Instructor, but as a recipient of this fine training, I was always required to do more than I thought I could do.
With that stated, train your heart to reach down into yourself and crank out more.

you need to remember if you are going to bootcamp in SD you will need alot of sunscreen and shades, that's the way they train. LOL

lol I already meet my SDI. He is tall, lean, and one mean @$$ Marine. He talk real quick and real loud. He scares me more because he is black(Not racist because I am black). I just think they can imitidate more.
