RUN! RUN ! RUN! RUN! and when you get tired? RUN SOME MORE! the pull ups and crunches are cake. they will improve with just being there. Running is the hardest thing to improve, the one that takes the most effort. As for wieghts? they can help, but cardio-vascular is MUCH more important.
just my .02
I second that. The weights will help with strength but stay with light weights if you do. The more bulk you have the more you have to carry around. RUN, RUN, RUN. Stick with cals and cardio. Just remember even if your in great shape going in, the DI's will still whip up on you. You'll be able to hack it but it still hurts.
Good Luck
ps- Don't forget to rest your body so you stay healthy.
That which does not kill you, will only make you stronger.
Do workouts in the weight room with light weight and just do a ton of reps. Push yourself tell you cant do it anymore.
