I just heard about this course recently. The course has something to do with learning to tie rope knots in and around water or for helo extractions among other things. I know that there is a name for this course (class) but I don't know what it is or what MOS would have to qualify for this coarse (class).
Thanks in advance.

If they can teach you to tie rope around water, who would ever need a bucket again? lol

Sounds like a Navy thing---they like knots.

Sorry Gary, no help from me but I think a cartoon is in order, a tie around water?!

I believe that course is known as;
Helicopter Rope Suspension Training Master's Course

This article says its not a formal school, so there's no MOS for those that complete this course...

That's it! Thank you very much. I remember it sounding like "hirst" but I wasn't sure.
