That looks almost the same size rats we had in DaNang during the monsoons...they would float down on boards and logs when the ditch it overflowed as they got flushed out from underneith the hootches!

After you are sure the varmit is deceased...
add 3 carrots, chopped onion, a few cloves of garlic and a can of beer.
Salt & pepper to taste.
Strain droppings.
serve with home made bread (file optional).
It's a good thing......
