Spectrum Home loans and country wide, they have a lot of hidden cost and do not reveal everything.

I am looking for other veterans that they have taken advantage of, f or a class action law suit against them.

It seems like I am always engage in a few battles..LOL

My 1st house is funded by Countrywide. This is before they went and combined as Spectrum I think. Our loan is on the up and up but Spectrum keeps calling every day to try and offer "equity loans" - I tell them to screw off. Got the loan in 99 at 7%.

I still own the house in New Bern, NC and use it as a rent house. I need to get it sold as I have no use for it anymore.

Hell, I'm probably getting screwed and just don't know it.
