Yep. I guess I finally got their attention.

The Kerry campaign has shut down my web site, www.vvakerry.com

Vietnam Veterans Against Kerry .Com

www.vietnamveteransagainstkerry.com


My web provider is bizland.com who operates out of Canada, so somehow they got them to cooperate, saying I have violated certain copyright photos.

Okay, I said to them, but those photos are all over the Internet why, was my site shutdown.

No answer as of yet, but I believe it was the Heinz ketchup bottle picture I showed spilling on Kerry and him claiming another Purple Heart that P issed them off.

And yet the allow the retarded Toobis to continue? It depends on which pictures were flagged. If it were stock Kerry.com photos, than JK and company can protest. If they were parody photos, than the orginator of those pictures were responsible for the site getting pulled.

As a Vietnam veteran, I know the value of serving our country in time of war. The medals are personal service decorations awarded to us by our country for serving with honor.

The medals John Kerry received represent an award earned in battle. But with only fingernail scrapes to show for his three Purple Hearts, it’s no wonder Mr. Kerry was so willing to throw medals away.

Which of our servicemen now serving overseas would want a commander in chief who has so little regard for the medals they have earned that he would throw them away, for political reasons? Truly they would have no respect for him.

I know about copyrights and what you can post and certain things and what is suppose to happen before you are compelled to remove things off a site.

This was pure politics as the lawyer said to me, the Kerry campaign dropped a dime to Corbis and they called my web site providers main host provider and it filtered on down. They knew they had no right to turn the web site off without first notifying me and giving me a chance to reply.

But the lawyer was scared, that's why they put my site back up right away, I explained to him what rights I had as well. But he said they the company cannot afford to be tied up and they had to respond right away. I understand that. I've used the law myself.
