I'm a little unsure about this question but here goes.

Is there anyway recruits are allowed or able to vote during the presidential election if they are in recruit training at the time the voting takes place?

I am not definate but I believe we are allowed to fill out an absentee ballot. Check with your local city hall for information on the absentee ballot.

Yes, you vote by absentee ballot.

You will have to let the voter registrar know where you are. You don't get an absentee ballot sent to you automatically. How do they know you're in boot camp.

There are no "general" absentee ballots that you can ask for in boot camp. Even though I think this would be a great idea. Let the Marine Corps handle the presidential voting for Marines.

They couldn't it for everyone, because your local elections will also be on the ballot.
