Yes congress is done with it. But now the President is planning to Veto it.

Now is the time to Email, snail mail, or call your Senators, Congressman, and the President and let them know that this an issue that is not going away. This action will let them know that we are concerned and want positive action. I just sent email to all of the above and have done this monthly.
