Ladies and Gentlemen,

The following is a working schedule of the 17th-annual Fleet Week events from May 26 to June 2, 2004. Also attached is an all inclusive list of invitation only events and free events open to all Marines and sailors.

Wednesday May 26, 2004

Event: Parade of Ships - Sailors in dress uniforms will line the rails and render salutes as their ships pass the site of the word trade center.
Time: Noon
Location: New York Harbor and Hudson River (coming into the Harbor from the Verrazano Bridge area.)
Status: Open to all


Thursday May 27, 2004

Event: USMC World Trade Center Run
Time: 0715-0830
Location: World Trade Center Site
Status: Open to all USMC. Green on Green PT gear.

Event: Mayoral Welcome
Time: 1030-1230
Location: Battery Park WWII Memorial
Status: By invite only.

Event: USMC Mock Helo Raid and Static Display
Time: 1100-1300
Location: Riverbank Park, Manhattan, NY
Status: Open to All.

Event: Public Ship Tours
Time: 1200 to 1700
Location: Manhattan and Staten Island Piers
Status: Open to all.

Event: Intrepid Fleet Week Gala
Time: 1800-2300
Location: Intrepid Museum, Pier 86, Manhattan
Status: By invite only.
