Marine brothers and sisters. New to this community. I am a former Marine. Served all my time in the Wing as a aircraft mechanic on the mighty warbird, the F-4 Phantom. Look forward to meeting lots of fellow marines here.

Welcome aboard Sargeant! Good to see another air winger around. I remember El Toro with those giant birds doing touch and goes over and over...and over...

Welcome Aboard, PhantomMechanic!
Hope you find the liberty here to your liking.
At Chu Lai, when my grunt outfit pulled perimeter duty, I used to watch pairs of fully loaded F4's thunder directly overhead, on full afterburners, clawing for sky and heading for the coastal mountains. Loud as hell, and quite a show. Glad you guys kept them from falling out of the air with your good wrenching.
