Physical Readiness Test (PRT)

I need some help here. I was in the Corps 1965-1969 when we used to run the Physical Readiness Test (PRT). Does anyone recall the time limit for the walk-run and how many miles were covered? Suprising how you forget things you once thought you'd never forget.
