When our National Guards and Reserves are called up they sometime have to take a pay cut in wages, this puts a strain on their families to pay the bills that they owe. When the Companies which they work for do not offset their Military pay to bring them back to where they were before being called to duty, do you think that the Government should give them additional pay and not the ones who are on active duty who also have money problems when they are deployed?
