CAMP LEJEUNE, N.C. - A military jury Wednesday acquitted a Marine of charges he sabotaged his comrades' parachutes and caused three servicemen to get hurt...
I'd say they are both extremely lucky they won't be doing time for Murder! It also sounds like they ratted each other out so maybe they can placed in the same prison...
Both of them should get 20 years. The Pvt for following such an ignorant order and for not reporting it to his superiors IMMEDIATELY and the Cpl for even giving such an order that could have KILLED Marines rather than just injuring them, which is bad enough!

I say they should give them the shoots they tampered with (without the reserve) and make them jump with em'....
but since that can't happen...I agree with Tophor..both should get the 20 years.
