A page on the Community Veterans Park Memorial

This was my second trip there since the cold weather set in November 2003.
I go there to see if any new things have been added.
Some by those visiting the Memorial.
I had thoughts of Drifter service in Vietnam at the section dedicated to Vietnam.
While I was wandering, I saw a paver that I had seen before.
On this particular paver were these words;
"The price of Freedom, is buried in the ground".
How simple but accurate are those words.
Men and women have died protecting the very freedoms many take for granted.
Some have died years past their time serving in the Arm Forces of the United States of America.
As was the case of Drifter's passing recently.
All these veterans are also taken for granted, till there is a need.
Many enjoy walking and working in Freedom, but fail to understand the price that was paid for the freedoms that they take for granted.
Many would live in fear.
Not knowing when they would be attack again.
While those standing a post, say NO WAY!
For your attack on us , you will PAY...
