Years ago, before WW-2, the Marine Corps paid members a monthly bonus for shooting Sharpshooter and Expert at the rifle range. I believe the bonus was $7.00 for Expert and $3.00 for sharpshooter. Can anyone verify that or give me the correct amounts. Thanks.
