so I know what the withdrawls are like. I gave up Copenhagen on my birthday last month. It's been over a month now. I quit once before but only lasted three months. I'm hoping I can hold out for good this time. As a consequence, my caffine intake has tripled and I find myself wanting snacks or just to eat more than I think is normal.

C'mon Bones!! Kick the habit!!
