Naw, Gunny.
It looks like one of those Maxfield Parrish paintings, or the elvish figure from a certain springwater bottling company. My mistake, the water nymph was kneeling on a broad flat rock, looking at her reflection in the pool of water. I just can't remember the brand name of the company.
Besides, there is no shiny "patent-leather" outfit on this young lady. I believe Janet likes leather.
