Obesity link to cancer

If for no other reason, this is why exercise and watching what one eats.
Especially in the older generations.

A friend from my youth and fellow Marine, wife died from ovarian cancer at a young age.
Ovarian cancer is the second leading cause of death in women.
Since watching a video on big pot bellies and fat hips by Covert Bailey.
He brings out the fact, that female body seeks to be at 22% body fat.
That amount is required to carry out the cycles that women go through.
Body fat is important to breast feeding women.
Trying to go below that amount of body fat might cause problems for some women.
But as last link shows there a link between obesity and cancer.
Down the road, this Nation might be faced with more cancer dued to a great deal of young Americans being so heavy.
To put it mildly.
Many food contain "trans fat" it use as a preservite in foods to give them longer shelf life.
It one fat that has been hidden till recently.
All these fats are what making some Americans so heavy.
IMHO

PIG (Professional, Integrity, Guts) — “One needs to be professional, folks,” he said. “Be responsible. If you make a mistake, don’t blame somebody else. Take a stand.”

PRIDE (Personal Responsibility in Daily Effort) — “Pride in coming early and staying late, pride in shining your shoes, tucking your shirt tail in,” he said. “We’re gonna change the world and we can’t make up our beds? Something’s wrong.”

FIDO (Forget It and Drive On) — “Make a mistake, learn from it, forget it and drive on,” he said. “Don’t let somebody else’s life ruin your life.”
