View Full Version : General Orders
On the 9th General order, do I say "To call the petty officer of the watch in any case not covered by instructions" or do I say "To call the corporal of the guard in any case not covered by instructions."
or should I say it both ways???
This has been bugging me for awhile, I thought this would be the best place to have this questioned answerd.

Everyone of the GENERAL ORDERS needs to be memorized and know the content. If not don't bother going into my MARINE CORPS.....!!!!!

Gunny, I believe the poolee was saying that the only place there is a difference between the Navy and Marine Corps General Orders is on 6 and 9, not that you only need to know 6 and 9. I thought the same thing you did at first, but when I reread it, I don't think the wannabe shooter was trying to say you only needed to know those 2 general orders.
