One Ricardo and Lupe were married...
How Long will it last...
Last words from the theme of "Love Story"
Where Do I begin to tell you how much she means to me?
I will love her till the end of time...
All that training in the Corps and before,
Helps us keep this "Love Story" going...

Destiny
Did you ever meet someone
And you knew right from the start
That your souls would blend so beautifully
And your hearts would merge to never part.
You knew in that first instant
When you looked into their eyes
That your lives would somehow be connected
And your heart breathed an 'I love you' sigh.
It was as if God had created
that wonderful person especially for you
So perfectly in tune you were
Every thought and word you shared so true.
Happy Anniversay
Wishing you many more.....

Congratulations, Here's a poem that I wroke to my wife of almost 48 years.Don't know how she has put up with me.
To My Wife
There comes a time in every man’s life, that he’s shot by cupid arrow and takes a wife.
In 1956 was the year that I found my love, she was sent to me from heaven above.
She loved to go to Miami Beach; I fell in love with her rosey cheeks.
That polka dot dress that she wore the first night, man she was a lovely sight.
I knew that I didn’t want to loose my perfect find, so that’s when I decided to make her mine.
So I gave her a diamond ring, made her promise to be my queen.
She said if I say I’ll marry you, will you promise always to be my honey-do?
We traveled from coast to coast because of my Military life, she was always with me, my loving wife.
When I had to leave and go and fight, she remained my burning light.
Separation was hard on her when I was gone; it made her feel all alone.
She had four kids to care for each day, for thirteen months that I was away.
Now time has gone so very fast, sometimes we relive our past.
Now forty seven years have past away, I love my wife more every day.
Darling, if you should leave this earth before I do, just remember I will always love only you.
Your Honey-Do

First, Lupe and I would like to thanks all for your kinds words on one of the luckiest day of my life.

I love both of these ladies...my only regret is that I married late.
Would like to be here when my granddaughter marries the man of her life.
Rose is the twinkle in grandpa eye.
I have a note from her, say PaPa I love you and do you love me?
I answered on another page...Yes PaPa loves and than a picture of her.
My girl right now is losing some of her baby teeth and it is effecting her self-being.
I remember many a day, getting up to feed her, because my house is quite drafty.
So Lupe and I had the baby in our bedroom as it one of the warmest room in the house.
I used to wonder, why I was the only one that heard her crying to be feed.
Till one day, I felt a light tap on my ankle when Rose was crying.
Than I knew why I was awaken when Rose was crying!
My loving wife had been doing that all along...
Again thanks for your kind words to us...
