His name is Don Moore. He was stationed near Oceanside, California in the early 80's. He is an African American Male. This gentleman came to the aid of a homeless mother and child. Out of the kindness of his heart, he even purchased tickets to send this family back home to South Dakota. I believe his middle name is Montel or Montal. I could be totally off on his middle name. Today, he would be in his late 50's or early 60's. Your help in locating Mr. Moore would be greatly appreciated.
