Question from Active Duty Marine

I’m an active marine and I’m a 7051 (crash Fire rescue) and I’m interested in being a navy corpsman. Do you have any answers or information referring to me being able to “lat move” to the navy mid contract or do I have to finish my 4 years first? Thanks!
