Lawsuit Over Jackson's Super Bowl Incident Seeks Billions In Damages:
Terri Carlin, a 47-year-old bank employee from Knoxville, TN, asked her attorney Wayne A. Ritchie II to draft the lawsuit and file it in U.S. District Court on Wednesday.

I won't post the whole article, too damn long. This is the kind of crap that our trial Lawyers feed on. Another reason that cost of living keeps going up, up, up. File a Class Action Law Suit to make only the Lawyer rich. The poor slobs that start them thinks that they can make millions by filing these law suits. When a class action law suit is filed by a State or Origanization. to correct a wrong, then I'm for it, not when some scum is trying to profit from a public afair like the Superbowl halftime show.

It would be ironic if someone sued the Tennessee woman for filing a false class action suit. What group of people would she share the proceeds with if she were to win? Other than her lawyer, of course. What address do people write to in order to apply for their share of the award, if any?

This lady is the sort of person that made folks, like John Edwards, rich enough to run for the Presidency. Listen! .....Do you hear that big sucking sound? It is the legal vacuum created by stupid lawsuits like this one.

Nipple shield, Janet Jackson wore that day.

I figure I can make a bundle, if I sell it on E-BAY.
