The three Marines accused of killing two fellow Marines back in November were in court today.

Today the defense and the prosecution asked for a continuance so they can review the case. Demitrious McClendn, Vernon Walker and Steven Teders all have pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder, and a conspiracy charge.

The bodies of two Marines, Julio Vargas and Angel Wathen, were found in November in a burned out car. The DA's office believes the Marines were murdered in a drug deal that went bad.

The three men will remain being held without bail.
