Why? Who wants to buy online from the Exchange anyways (everything is overpriced)?

As a retiree, I'm eligible, but have zero need/desire to purchase anything from the Exchange.

Not buying profits could increase by $18-72 million. But, could be wrong.

Any veterans here who would consider using this "benefit" if it became available to you?

Personally, I haven't bought a single item for an exchange in over 25 years...

I bought a .380 pistol at the MCX about six months ago for $425.00, which was $100.00 cheaper than the gun shops in town. Guns and ammo are probably the only items there that are cheaper than out in town.
