Ok, first I'd like to say I haven't been on here in years so hello again. On with the rant.
So, as everyone knows if it makes sense the Marine Corps wouldn't implement it. With that being said are there any admin bubba's or anyone out there that knows how to read a damn MARADMIN? Obviously I can read the king's English but not when it's written in some sort of ancient code that only a select few people can decipher.
Anyway, there are the two most recent awards updates of which I'm referring to, MARADMIN
508/15 http://tinyurl.com/zblpvx3 and 147/16 http://tinyurl.com/gmqs782
Now I'm no ribbon chaser but I would like to wear what I've earned. Now I can clearly see that VMA-223 (they incorrectly put 233) which was attached to VMM-263, 22d MEU was awarded the AFSM according to 508/15. However one thing that is confusing me is whether or not we rate the GWOTEM. Here are screenshots I took:

I have been trying to contact the people that make these things along with others for quite some time to find the answer to no avail so you current and old-timers on here are my last hope on understanding these God-forsaken things.
Any and all information of how to read these and other MARADMIN's as far as the different sections and sub-sections go would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. If you rate an award per MARADMIN but it's not on MOL, can you still wear it?
