awesome.....from a psychological standpoint, your brain will automatically sync up and sort of dancing or movement to any music....its actually an old defense mechanism that hasn't been lost through evolution

what got me was watching those men do the splits and jumping from way up and lading doing the splits,, makes me cringe,,,lol..
