Can anyone tell me what this is?...and how do I view it and print it out?...I searched through my MOL account and haven't seen anything even similar to what this is

Only thing I am seeing close to this is NAVMC 118(11)/Pg.11 entry in my service record

Funny thing about the page 11 entry, is say you got busted in rank for something and got NJP for it, if you failed to gain rank for whatever reason, an entry on page 11 would be made for not gaining rank no matter the reason fault or no fault of your own.
Could never understand that one.

Page 11 is the "catchall page" for everything that does not have it's own appropriate page (page 3 is the chronological order for duty stations, page 9 is for awards, page 12 is for legal matters, etc). Have seen some really off-the-wall page 11 entries.

I only have one pg.11 entry and it is for an award that never got approved so my 1st Sgt entered in a positive counseling so it was on my record at least.
But that D119 page I am looking for comes from MCTFS so my admin section has to print that out

Sgt's and below heading to MSG school must sign a statement saying they agree not to get married while on the program (3 years). That statement goes on page 11.
Never fails. Every class, there are at least one-or-two students who go home on leave and get married (knowing they just signed the agreement). Those Marines are dropped from class and sent back to their last command - it's up to that command to decide any appropriate disciplinary action.
