I'm a 3381 (Food Service Marine) and really liked the story done by Leatherneck magazine last spring on Marine Corps Food Service, in the story you can see a few pics of instructors wearing the chef coat im talking about. I now work at a civilian restuarant where chef coats are part of the uniform, i would rather wear the coats the instructors wear at the food service school in FT Lee, they are much nicer than the plain white ones I wear now. Does anyone know who supplies these coats? Ive looked at all the chef-supply sites online but none sell the one i am looking for. It is a simple double breasted chef coat, with a thin black collar, and a circular embroidered EGA on the left chest, with United States Marine Corps on the border.

Any help is greatly appreciated
