Navy Achievement Medal to be specific....


kinda a stupid question as I should know the answer..

If I have 3 different higher ups write me for a NAM and are all submitted separately but are all for the same general thing.....If all get approved do I get 3 NAM's or will the Col. that is signing them lump them all together as one?....or will he bring it up to a Comm?....??...

what I figured, I was gonna feel dumb standing in front of the company getting 3 awards with almost identical write ups/criteria

Now all of that depends...

If your a moderate with conservative ideas, it may get you a letter of Comm..

If your a Progressive, then by all means no less than 3 with a good chance of a job in the WH...!!!

Dang your command must like you. My command only will give you an award if you EAS or PCS other than that no fscks will be given.

I am not getting it from my command, coming from MAGTF-25 CO. I was filling 3 billets at ITX 4-15 in 29 Palms ....2 being officer and 1 higher enlisted(E-7/E-8). I was working directly with a LtCol, a Major, 2 MSgts, and a civilian contractor.

My company barely gives out any awards either....every single personal award I've ever gotten has come from outside my own parent command
