Greetings one and all!
I have a question for anyone that reads this. What would a dog tag look like for a Marine that fought in WWII, in 1941-1945. The person in question is my father. I would love to get a copy of his dog tag made. But there are so many formats that I don't know which one is the most authentic.
He was in the USMCR.
Wounded on 5-12-1945.
Campain: Ryukyu Islands.
6th Div.
Any info would be most appreciated. I'm just looking for the format. I can fill in the actual information.
