So I just got my pros and cons and my pros were 4.46 and I was wondering if it would round up to be 4.5 or would it round down and be 4.4? Please help!

more than likely be rounded up to 4.5, as long as your leaders/SNCOs have justification(documentation, counselings, awards) to do so.

one thing to remember is that 4.2-4.3 is considered average, if you're getting higher than that it's a good thing. the pro/con system is mutilated so many way to inflate Marine's worth.
