My uncle was killed on Saipan at age 17, twenty years before I was born.
I was the next generation Marine in the family. I was airwing in the early 80's.
Never had a challenge coin.
My cousin's kid is currently in 1st phase at PI.
I'm thinking about giving an "I Will Not Forget" challenge coin at graduation in memory of our uncle.
Would this be appropriate?

Go for it..........Some challenge coins have enough room for small engraving of name and date.
