Cellucor C4 Pre-Workout Now Safe To Use?

I graduated from MCRD San Diego just this last Friday and I noticed that at the Marine PX they were selling Cellucor C4 supplement there and there was even a catalog with coupons for it at the Recruit PX? While I was in the DEP, I was under the impression that it contained ingredients that would cause me to fail a drug test so I used a different supplement. My question is, is it now safe to use since they are selling it at the PX on MCRD San Diego? What's the deal? Any Marines out there using it safely?
