Self-serve beer stations are up and running in Target Field, so Minnesota Twins fans and those who attend the Major League Baseball All-Star festivities next week can decide what they want and even how much they want of it.

The machines, called DraftServ, are a partnership between concessionaire Delaware North and Anheuser-Busch.

Not exactly "NEW"... Perhaps in certain parts of this country...

Japan has had beer vending machines since the late 60's...

NAB Coronado, Ca had beer vending machines in the barracks since the 70's... They would cost .50 - .75 per can.. and guess what.. never any real incidents to speak of...

Good idea, but I didn't know, FO, that they had those machines way back when.

Better than ballpark beer lines....quite a few ballparks have vendors that come around, but Fenway Park doesn't.

I need one of those in my house. And maybe one for the backyard too.
