On student status, does a married marine rate bah? If so can you show me the order that says that, thank you for your time. Semper fi.

It's hard to say exactly without more details. The information you need is probably in the JFTR Chapter 10 (maybe in Part E, Section 2). Generally, married Marines rate BAH at the with dependents rate. The location for BAH depends on the situation. The main exception I can think of is for a Marine married to another servicemember on active duty and not stationed in the same area. In that case, the Marine would be considered a single Marine for BAH purposes and not receive BAH.
