Looking for A Marine during 1968 Time Frame (Vietnam Era)

I'm trying to help my half brother locate his real father. All we have is his last name, stationed on Camp Hansen Okinawa, and a picture of him that says 1968 RVN on the back. We don't have a first name however. No one has heard from his since. We were told that he went back to Camp Lejeune

I like to know what resources are available through the government that can help us find possible first names with the information that we already know.
