Sorry if this is the wrong forum to post in, first time here. I go to a Poolee function every other day where we do PT from 7:30 - 9:30. I broke my collar bone recently and have never got back into the game Pullup wise, and wanted to increase it (I can only do 7) Is there any good technique to improve my pullups? Please let me know, and thanks!
