Welcome to the Forum.

And yes there is an RTT in South Korea. I am surprised you don't know this question already.

A very famous teacher is there from North Carolina, that state that you live in.

Perhaps you know him ?

Raymond Revnyak is a Reach To Teach ( RTT ) teacher currently living in Chungju, South Korea. Raymond traveled to South Korea to teach for EPIK, a prestigious education organization in South Korea that places foreign ESL teachers in public schools located across the country. He hails from North Carolina, USA, and this is his first time teaching or living abroad.

I was trying to find out if there was a Recapture Tactics Team in Korea.

Why?

You mean some team that just sits around waiting for action? Or a unit?

I find it odd that you've been in almost ten years in today's Corps and are only an E-5.

What gives?

Just think about how much experience you will have, if and when you make SSgt.

That will be the day.

This is a prime example of why you should spell stuff out when asking a question instead of using acronyms. Some acronyms have multiple meanings and unfortunately, you cannot count on your audience to be mind readers. I had no idea what a RTT was (and still not sure).

FYI:
The Recapture Tactics Team (RTT) is also known as the Security Force Close Quarters Battle (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Close_quarters_combat) Team. RTTs specialize in SWAT (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/SWAT) procedures without having to be military police (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Military_police) special reaction team (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Special_reaction_team) trained. RTT units are attached to Personal Reliability Commands around the globe located at select naval installations. Whereas FASTs deploy to areas in need of naval security operations, a RTT doesn't deploy because they are already placed in strategic locations.
RTTs receive the same training as FASTs, though FAST goes through training at the platoon (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Platoon) level, and RTT goes through training at the squad (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Squad) level. RTT units attend the following training schools:

Basic Security Guard (Marine Corps Security Guard Anti-Terrorism Training)
High Risk Personnel (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Security_detail) also known as executive protection (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Executive_protection), similar to protective services detail, the military version of Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Federal_Law_Enforcement_Training_Center)
Close Quarter Battle School (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Close_quarters_combat)
Designated Marksman Course (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Designated_Marksman)
Methods of Entry (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Door_breaching) or MOE, (small unit demolition (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Demolition) and door breaching tactics)
Interservice Nonlethal Individual Weapons (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Non-lethal_weapon) Instructor Course and other riot control (http://www.leatherneck.com/wiki/Riot_control) techniques
However, this is not in the pipeline fashion, as it is with other specialty units. RTT receives the "on job training" needed after going to CQB school, before going to the others schools listed. Once formally trained, they receive the MOS 8154.
The Marine Corps Security Force Close Quarters Battle Team go to various installations as Mobile Training Teams to teach CQB to units such as Fleet Antiterrorism Security Team, military police special reaction teams, other military branches (both foreign and domestic), and law enforcement organizations (federal, state, and local).

To the OP: There is no RTT in Korea.
