Hello Marines. My name is Jason and I plan on becoming a Marine right out of high school. I research so much information about becoming an 0311. I am a bit hesitant about becoming an 0311 because its all very confusing to me. If it's not too much to ask, what is daily life like as a Marine that is not deployed, and as a Marine when you are deployed? My cousin was an 0311, and he doesn't like to talk about it much. He had seen some stuff that is messed up. But that's the job. Also, all I ever seem to find on my websearches are bad things about 0311. These are very helpful on my decision, but also how about hearing some good things? I cannot wait to join the Marines. I want to serve my country and give back as much as it has given me.
