Hello! I'm 22 years old. Married. One dependent. Looking forward
to a career in the USMC. Marines receive the best warrior training. Marines are the most respected. I eventually want to shift laterally to CI. My wife backs me 100% in this decision.

AFQT score - 79
MM - 124
GT - 127
EL - 121
CL - 113

My question is what is a regular day for an Intel specialist? What's a good route to becoming an officer? Can I take a few classes every semester while AD and not deployed? Is MECEPS a good option?

I'd really appreciate some feedback from someone with experience in Intel and/or going from enlisted to officer. Thanks for your time.

I forgot to mention I plan on enlisting as an Intel specialist.
Thanks.

best route to becoming an officer=go to college and go to OCS

enlisting is NOT a stepping stone or pathway to become an officer.

MECEP is extremely difficult to get into, you have to be a $hit hot Marine in order to even be considered for it.
