I got out in 1998, I served 5 years active duty, and I turn 38 this December. I'm getting no where with recruiters. I need to know if it's even possible to go back in, wheter active duty or reserves. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Active duty I'd say would be a definite no. You'll probably want to get in contact with a PSR(prior service recruiter) not a regular recruiter. They can give the scoop on the reserve unit in your area and what kind of openings(if any) they have.
