Enlisted Flight Crew Question: how long is the school.

Hello,
I am new here, so please excuse me if this has been asked before. I did search this site, and couldn't seem to find any answers, and I did search google and couldn't seem to find anything. So please help if you can.

I am going to boot camp on Jan 28, 2013, and currently my job is Enlisted Flight crew. It is my understanding that right after boot camp, I go to MCT for 29 days, then go to MOS training.
I was wondering how long is Enlisted flight school training?

PS: If any of you Marines can fill me in on details of this job and your experience of everything it entails, that would be much appreciated.
