A few years ago I started putting some old video's on YouTube to validate some of the things I talked about here when I joined. I think some of the early folks might have thought I was full of it, well - I am but that's another story!
One of the video's has really taken off, and sometime this week I'll hit a million views. For the past year or so I am averaging 5-8k hits on that video, per day -- it still amazes me.
I actually thought YouTube would pull the video, but it remains.
The best part about putting some of the "old days" on YouTube is the people I served with who have reached out to me through YouTube.
Come on Leatherneck -- Get this video to a million!

holy cow,, i ran across this one to,, did not know it was for you ether,, coarse when i ran crossed it i did not know many from here,, and i rarely look at the owners name

I've already created a channel for him with a few video's I've made of he and I singing -- please excuse the dog in the background, she's loves to sing too!
I'm a big youTube user, I use it at least once a week, and now my wife does, my mother in law -- it's a very good tool to find a lot of information. Anything you want to know about,, youtube has a free video - at least one free video on how to do it.

Hey Chewy, ever use Keep Vid (http://keepvid.com/)? Type in the URL of your favorite You Tube video into the text box, click the Download button, wait for it to generate the results, then right-click to download any of the FLV, MP4, WebM, or 3GP files to your PC.

No, but I'll check it out. I've played with the YouTube downloader before, but nothing really serious. Now that i have found some porn on there I might try keep vid ;)
