There was a photo a couple of years back that, I believe, RS Orland had on their website. It was a picture of a Marine in his Dress Blue Deltas and he was standing in water in front of a house. He also had a briefcase (S&R for us 8411's/12's). Basically there was a flood and this Marine was "making it happen". Does anyone know where I could find this photo or even know what I'm talking about?
