New here with a question. I recently got back into the reserves after being out for about 2 years. Am an 0331 and my unit has openings for 0311's with re-enlistment bonuses. My question is; because 0311 shows up on my BTR, would it be possible for me to re-up as an 11 without retraining?

What do you think 0311's do every day, go up to Disney World? As an 0311 you'll be training all the time, don't you know that? Oops, I see that you're reserve. Never mind.
