Looking to see if anyone on the board is a career retention specialist or used to be one? Please reply or PM me if you would be willing to help me out with some questions on my career, lateral move, and reenlistment.

I don't expect much response, if at all. I know it will be a full time job if everyone finds out here. If it helps, PM me. I'll never tell!

Huhhhhhh guess not.

Though I think you have to be at least a cpl and a certain amount of time in service. Hope your mos isnt short handed or your monitor might stand in your way for the lat move. But seriously why a career planner? I would think that job would suck, granted I bet its an escape for most people from their MOS's.

When I read it thats what I got from it, buuuuut if thats not the case then why not just talk to an actual career planner? No specific MOS was mention as to lat move into.

Who said he was a she?

The emoticon, and it meant to be s/he.

If I'm going to see a jammer, I want as much information as I can beforehand. You know, due diligence. I've seen you pump this line out a bunch, and I just shake my head. Rely on others completely if you wish, but don't advise others to do the same.
