Okay, well just found out my ship date may be moved from September to April. Since I was preparing to leave in September, I knew I had a lot of time and at the gym I would work on biceps, back and shoulders, chest, etc on different days to try to build more muscle.

Since the date might be moved up, should I be focusing on a certain area at the gym to help improve my pull ups instead? I work out twice a week with my recruiter, but I also try to go to the gym on days we don't work out. I'm not overweight or anything, so really all I need to be focusing on is my pull ups (plus running and crunches, but I'm not too worried about those).

Thanks in advance!

Also - I tried searching for answers but none of the threads I found really helped. If you could point me to a thread that has been posted that might help my PULL UPS, it would be appreciated!

Note: I should add that starting today I will be doing the 8 week Armstrong Pull-Up Program. Should I stick to JUST this program or is there something I can do at the gym to help with this program even more?

Last thing before you post: You sure you did a search?

There is a little box located in each forum, and one at approximately the 1155 position on the screen. Use them. They will help you. If it's an old topic (a year or more) you might want to ask a question about it anyway, PLEASE tell us that you found it, and wanted to know if the information is still correct. Things change and we want to give you the best information we possibly can give you. Again, though, sometimes it's best to simply ASK THE RECRUITER.
