I got the day off as it's the law if requested here in Iowa , have breakfest with fellow veterans at the VFW auxiliary and be in this town that I live in " Vetereans Day " program , which includes shooting a few rounds from the M-1 garands , we Legionaires and VFW guys shoot !
I'll be the only jarhead among many ARMY & Navy vets there and might be the youngest too ! :flag:

Happy Veterans day to those that paved the way for the current generation. Although there is a lot of banter here on old vs new (some friendly, some not) know that you are appreciated and we are still talking the fight to the enemy.
