I was with MCSFCo Bangor from 2005-2007 (It is a BN now)
We fell under 4th MEB back then... not sure who they fall under now. Basically I am trying to figure out if we were with 4th MEB were we under 4th MEF? Because I am reading stuff saying Security Force Regiment is under 2 MEF
If anyone can find out From Company Level at Bangor, BN level at Norfolk, up to the top for the years 05-07 I would appreciate it
